Hemanth Reddy Pathireddy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hemanth Reddy started their career as a Web Master at Kansas State University where they were responsible for maintaining the Women's Center website and implementing Search Engine Optimization techniques. Hemanth Reddy then transitioned to a Graduate Teaching Assistant role, where they handled two graduate level courses and designed course material for an undergraduate level course. Hemanth also worked as an Android Developer at Kansas State University, where they developed an android web-based application for the fort riley military base, utilizing Java, Android SDK, and Google Maps API.

In 2011, Hemanth joined BlueWare as a Software Developer. Here, they analyzed, designed, and developed a cross-platform web-based healthcare software application called "BestBond". Hemanth Reddy'sresponsibilities included collecting business requirements, creating design specifications, and translating user needs into functional specifications. Hemanth was with BlueWare until 2014.

From 2014 onwards, Hemanth joined FICO as a Software Engineer. As part of this role, they worked on various software development projects until 2021.

More recently, in 2021, Hemanth joined C&R Software as a Software Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Hemanth Reddy Pathireddy completed their education in a chronological order. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Narayana Coaching, where they obtained their Intermediate degree with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Hemanth Reddy then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PDPM IIITDM JABALPUR, from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Hemanth Reddy Pathireddy also obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
