James Auston

James Auston has extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing. James started their career as a Senior QA Analyst at CR Software LLC in 2001, specializing in ETL, Dialers, and Telecommunications. In 2012, CR Software was acquired by FICO, and James continued their role as a Software Quality Assurance Lead Engineer. James was responsible for directing other QA members, leading projects, and performing various levels of testing. James was always chosen as the lead for new projects and had a problem-solving mentality. In 2021, they joined C&R Software as a Software Quality Assurance Lead Engineer, where they continue to excel in directing teams and solving problems.

James Auston attended Michigan State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management.
