Job description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee our roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry and a proven track record of successful project management. This role offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, with additional bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor roofing crews, ensuring they have the necessary resources, equipment, and training to excel in their roles.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
  • Vendor and Material Management: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators for management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing operations and project management.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
