Cammie Spillyards-Schaefer

Cammie Spillyards-Schaefer was named Senior Vice President, Operations for Cracker Barrel in January 2022. She is responsible for leading all operations including field and home office operations.

Ms. Spillyards-Schaefer has nearly three decades of experience in the restaurant industry in numerous positions. She joined Cracker Barrel in 2017 and has held a variety of roles including Regional Vice President of Restaurant Operations, and Vice President of Culinary.

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, she owned and operated her own restaurants and held senior leadership positions at Dine Brands Global, Bloomin’ Brands and Brinker International.

Ms. Spillyards-Schaefer holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
