Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner at Cracker Barrel, they are dedicated to aligning team efforts with organizational goals while enhancing the employee experience. Yolanda has held various roles, including Human Resources Manager at Lowe's and Associate Relations Specialist at Brookdale, where they developed expertise in recruiting, performance management, and workplace investigations.
