Brandon K. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Brandon started their career at the Georgia Basics Evaluation Team as a Research Assistant from March 2010 to August 2011. Brandon then joined the Georgia State University Department of Psychology as a Senior Writing Tutor and later as a Consultant/Contributor for the Writing Tutoring Program Sustainability Project. In 2012, Brandon worked as a District Recruiter at Allied Barton Security Services, where they conducted applicant screenings, interviews, and background checks. Brandon established strategic recruiting partnerships and collaborated with wage subsidy programs to reduce hiring costs. From 2014 to 2019, Brandon worked at EDSI, initially as a Business Consultant and Placement Specialist, then as a WIOA Team Lead, and later as a WIOA Program Manager. In these roles, they provided workforce development services and supervised staff members. Starting in 2019, Brandon worked at Lenovo as a Talent Acquisition Partner until March 2022. Brandon K. earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Georgia State University from 2007 to 2011. Brandon also obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University between 2016 and 2018.
