Lorenzo Ruggiero

Lorenzo Ruggiero has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lorenzo currently works at Cradlepoint as the Area Director for Southern Europe, where they are responsible for leading the growth of Cradlepoint across various territories and accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Infovista as the Country Manager for Italy, where they focused on customer satisfaction, partner relationships, and revenue growth. Lorenzo also held the position of Sales & Channel Manager and Pre-Sales Consultant at Infovista, where they played a key role in the growth of Infovista's solutions across Italy. Before joining Infovista, Ruggiero worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Ipanema Technologies, providing technical consulting and sales support for their solutions. Lorenzo started their career at Vodafone Italy, where they gained experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer and later as an Access Systems Engineer. Ruggiero also briefly worked as an Analyst Programmer at Intecs. Overall, they have extensive experience in sales, pre-sales, and management roles within the telecommunications and technology industry.

Lorenzo Ruggiero completed their Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication Networks at the Università di Pisa from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they also completed a Professional Course at the same university, becoming an "Expert in telephony over IP."

In addition to their formal education, Lorenzo has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they obtained the Juniper Networks Certified Associate Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification from Juniper Networks. In 2016, Lorenzo received the ICOS (Ipanema Certified Operation & Support) certification from Ipanema Technologies, as well as the VISTAFOUNDATION 5.X Administration + MKP3.X + MCM Administration certification from InfoVista. In 2019, they became a Licensed NLP Coaching Practitioner accredited by THE SOCIETY OF NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING USA. Most recently, in 2020, Lorenzo obtained the Cradlepoint Certified Sales Professional- 5G certification from Cradlepoint.
