Michael Kendall

Michael Kendall has a diverse work experience primarily with Cradlepoint. Michael started their career as an Operations Technician at Cradlepoint in 2010 and 2011, where they updated and diagnosed routers and operated pallet jacks and forklifts. Michael then transitioned to the role of Senior Order Management Specialist from 2013 to 2019, where they entered and processed purchase orders and provided customer service. After that, they worked as an R&D Engineer I from 2019 to 2020, where they executed tests, recorded results, and wrote scripts and test documentation. Currently, they are employed as a Software Development Engineer at Cradlepoint, starting from 2020, and has progressed to the role of Software Development Engineer 2 since 2023. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing software, frameworks, and firmware for cellular modems, including writing drivers, OS functionality, and UI design.

Michael Kendall obtained their Bachelor's degree in Website Design and Development from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Science-IT at Utah State University from 2010 to 2015. Michael completed their high school education at Mountain View High School, earning a High School diploma from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael obtained the LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Boise State University in June 2018.
