Cradles to Crayons
Deborah Joseph has extensive experience in educational leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as a Group Volunteer Leader at Cradles to Crayons since August 2022, Deborah previously held the role of Program Coordinator at Share Our Spare, where strong relationships with social service partners were cultivated to support essential item distribution. Deborah’s background includes experiences as an Engagement Fellow at Girls on the Run-Chicago, where exemplary support for volunteers and participants was prioritized, as well as board participation at Girls on the Run of Dayton, focusing on youth development. Prior roles include Off-Site Event Coordinator at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton and various teaching positions with a focus on elementary and middle school education. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Manchester University.
