Laurie Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Laurie started their career as a Buyer at Value City Department Stores in 1988, where they handled intimate apparel, bodywear, and hosiery. From 1992 to 1996, they served as an Executive Assistant at UndercoverWear, Inc., supporting the Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Sales.

In 1996, Laurie joined Schuparra Properties as an Executive Assistant to the President and Senior Vice President. Laurie held this role until 2000. Following that, they worked at MoMo Panache, LTD from 2001 to 2009 as a Sales and Operations Manager. During this time, they increased sales with top five accounts and developed private label programs with various retailers. Laurie also ensured compliance with FDA regulations, negotiated cost improvements, and implemented an integrated software program for improved customer service.

From 2009 to 2012, Laurie worked as the Sales and Operations Manager at Creative Gifts International, Inc. -MoMo Panache, specializing in glass and ceramics. Laurie then moved on to PetEdge in 2012, where they served as the National Sales Operations Manager until 2016.

In 2016, Laurie started their own consulting firm, Cohen Consulting, and also worked as a Business Development Specialist at OnBrand24. Their responsibilities at OnBrand24 included driving business development efforts.

Most recently, Laurie joined Craft Sportswear North America in 2018 as Wholesale Operations and Customer Service Manager. In this role, they contribute to the company's commitment to innovation, design, and performance in the sportswear industry while emphasizing sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Laurie Cohen has attended Chamberlain School of Retailing, where they studied Retail. Additionally, they obtained a Certification from Kathrine Gibbs through their Katherine Gibbs Entrée Program.
