Henadzi Tsaryk

Henadzi Tsaryk is currently the Head of Data Engineering at Craft. Prior to this, they were a contractor with Craft.co from April 2018 to June 2018, where they worked on multiple data-processing components and web services, and helped the team to improve development practices.

Before that, Henadzi Tsaryk was a Software Engineer with DriverReach from August 2016 to April 2018. DriverReach automates the hiring process of truck drivers in the US. Henadzi Tsaryk worked as a lead developer with a remote team, and was responsible for guiding and improving development processes, raising the bar of code quality, and proposing and coordinating a major refactoring of the project’s architecture.

Prior to DriverReach, Henadzi Tsaryk was with Toptal from January 2016 to August 2016 as a Software Engineer. TopTal is a company that claims to hire the best 3% of the remote workforce. Henadzi Tsaryk worked on a few projects both full-time and part-time while at Toptal. They designed and built a platform for automation of US car dealership sales and helped to build a subscription-based ecommerce website.

Henadzi Tsaryk’s first foray into the business world was as the Co-Founder of DoReview from July 2015 to February 2016. DoReview is a platform that helps people make informed decisions by providing them with reviews of products and services.

Henadzi Tsaryk is a computer science engineer with a degree from Belaruski Dzjaržauny Universitet Informatyki i Radyjoelektroniki. Henadzi is also certified in Tableau 2020 A-Z from Udemy.
