Shaffi Chogley

A seasoned global customer success leader, Shaffi is dedicated to ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with Craft’s supply chain resilience platform. With over a decade of experience in customer success, customer onboarding, account management, and post-sales roles, he brings a wealth of strategic insights, operational knowledge, and customer-centricity to his role. Prior to joining Craft, Shaffi was a founding customer success member at Braze and Cloudflare. Shaffi holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Newcastle University.
