Ryan Ferretti's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Software Engineer at the Chicago Tribune Media Group. In 2008, they joined Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioned to Lynxit Solutions as a Senior iOS Engineer in 2010. The same year, they also worked as a Software Architect at RSM and joined SpringCM as a Software Architect and Agile Coach. In 2011, they joined GCM Grosvenor as a Team Lead and then moved to Rally Health as a Team Lead as well. In 2015, they worked as a Team Lead at Accenture and started a position as a Senior Software Architect and Practice Lead at SPR. In 2016, they joined CraftJack as the VP of Technology and was subsequently promoted to Chief Technology Officer. Ryan played a crucial role in implementing Okta and establishing an internal help desk, as well as leading the hardware definition process for key departments. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills and a strong expertise in application design and development.

Ryan Ferretti has a strong educational background in Computer Science. Ryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at DePaul University from 2004 to 2005.
