Managing Director at CRA

Courtney works with clients to optimize their approaches to talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement. Courtney and the Talent Solutions team offer a full scope of services including creating customized assessments, designing talent development, retention and coaching programs leveraging CRA’s Arch Profile, implementing performance management practices, and advising on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.

Prior to joining CRA, Courtney spent over 20 years as an HR executive, most recently as a Managing Director at Citi on the Global Talent Acquisition and People Insights team. There, she served as Head of Global Campus Recruiting and Program Management, responsible for the end-to-end recruiting and program experience and life cycle of new hires, including attraction/branding, selection and assessment, talent review, promotions, entry and ongoing training, compensation, and placements. During her tenure, she created numerous Early Insight Diversity Accelerator Programs that resulted in double-digit increases in female and under-represented minority representation. Additionally, she served as an Executive Coach for Leadership Programs geared towards high potential Directors and Managing Directors. Prior to Citi, she spent time in Talent Acquisition at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling, and she started her career as a Consultant at Accenture. Courtney graduated from Boston College with a double major in Economics and Psychology.
