Emma Mufraggi

Emma coaches leaders and executives to adopt high-performance communication to drive results and develop meaningful relationships.

Prior to joining CRA, she spent a significant part of her career working within the International teams at L’Oréal. She worked in Europe, North America, and Latin America as a Marketing Director, before pivoting to consulting in 2009. Specializing in Strategic Communications, she developed her passion for coaching through elite sports. A college hockey player and competitive triathlete and tennis player, she accompanies leaders and teams with a unique approach, by championing each one to think like an athlete and adopt a winning mindset. Anglo-American, Emma speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently. She specializes in driving strategy through communication and coaching executives on how to connect and communicate with credibility.
