Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson has a passion for working at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and communication, Jennifer advises leaders on using strategic communication to establish credibility with stakeholders and drive desired outcomes.

Prior to joining CRA, Jennifer spent 10 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation and held positions in several communication areas, including Director, Executive Communications, and short-term assignments in the U.K. and Australia. Most recently, she completed a career development assignment in human resources where she led and implemented people strategies to advance department objectives.

Before that, she worked at the American Red Cross-Dallas Area Chapter, Edelman, and the Texas Business and Education Coalition where she executed communications programs to build stakeholder engagement, strengthen company reputations, and advocate for public education reform initiatives.

Jennifer earned her B.A. in economics from Georgetown University. She also holds an M.S. in leadership and organizational development, as well as a Graduate Certificate in executive and professional coaching, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
