Meghan Sharron is a Managing Director in CRA's Leadership Practice.

Meghan coaches and advises senior leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies to maximize

their impact on people, performance and organizational growth. She works with clients to expand

awareness and take action to optimize key leadership areas such as: strategic decision-making, effective

relationship management, high-caliber talent development and delivery of exceptional outcomes.

Meghan is an experienced people leader who spent a significant part of her career with Ralph Lauren

driving profitability and cultural excellence within Retail Development. Her background provides deep

knowledge and expertise in leading complex brand strategy with achievement of financial targets, while

nurturing professional partnerships with impact and influence. Prior to joining CRA, she led her own

coaching and advisory practice working at the individual, team and organization level within the financial

services, technology, pharmaceutical, fashion and media and entertainment industries.

Meghan earned her B.A. from Fordham University and is credentialed by the ICF as a Professional Certified

Coach (PCC). She lives in Darien, CT with her family and finds her greatest joy spending time outdoors

running and hiking with her three children.
