Michelle Sears

Michelle works with Partners and Managing Directors to help grow CRA’s pool of talented Research Assistants and Consultants. Michelle enjoys creating and fostering relationships with both external and internal talent to make sure everyone has an educational and effective hiring experience.

Prior to her work at CRA, Michelle worked for a boutique staffing firm and an engineering consulting firm where she created valuable relationships and helped to place countless candidates in successful positions. Michelle also has experience implementing and continuously improving procedures to create a smooth workflow and interview process.

Michelle graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism where she wrote for the school’s newspaper and interned at a local magazine. In her free time, Michelle enjoys creative writing, perfecting complex recipes in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors with her family.
