Tanya Meyer

Tanya Meyer is an experienced copy editing and content management professional with a strong background in journalism. Currently serving as Copy Chief for City Brands at Crain Communications since April 2024, Tanya oversees tracking and copy editing for Crain's Chicago Business website. Previously, Tanya has held roles such as Interim Copy Chief and Copy Editor at Crain's Chicago Business, Digital Content Coordinator and Copy Editor for Commercial Observer, and Digital Editor for Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Tanya’s volunteer efforts include work with the Invisible Institute on police data projects. With a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Lewis University and an Associate of Arts and Science in Mass Communications from Moraine Valley Community College, Tanya has developed a diverse skill set across various media platforms throughout a career beginning in 2007.
