Mario Marroquin is an experienced journalist specializing in real estate reporting, with a focus on multifamily, residential, and commercial developments in the Tri-state area. Since April 2018, Mario has contributed to various publications, including Crain's New York Business as a reporter and Markets Group as a real estate reporter. Mario has covered major commercial real estate trends and economic developments across multiple regions, including Westchester, Rockland, and Bergen counties, as well as emerging markets in Latin America and the Caribbean. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a focus on Cultural Anthropology from Penn State University, as well as ongoing studies at the CFA Institute.
