Conn Newton

Conn Newton started their career as a Writer at One And All in 2000. Conn then moved on to Publicis Advertising in 2003, where they worked as a Writer until 2006. In 2006, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Writer and stayed there until 2007. Conn then joined Carmichael Lynch as an Associate Creative Director / Writer and worked there from 2007 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Creative Director at MullenLowe U.S. and worked there until 2017. Currently, Conn Newton is the VP, Group Creative Director at Cramer-Krasselt, a position they have held since 2017.

Conn Newton attended the Miami Ad School from 1998 to 2000, where they studied copywriting. Prior to that, they were enrolled at the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1997, where they completed a degree in Creative Writing & Mass Communications. In addition to their formal education, Conn Newton has obtained several certifications related to advocating for change in organizations, confronting bias, having difficult conversations about race at work, and developing an inclusive mindset for committed allies. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in April 2021.
