Caroline Leloutre - Perdu has extensive experience in training and consulting, currently serving as Accompagnatrice Formatrice Conseil at Cramif since April 2012, specializing in custom training for digitization portals and management support for physical risk prevention. Previously, Caroline worked independently as a Formatrice consultante from 2010 to 2012 for various organizations including RATP and Ad Libitum. From 1994 to 2009, Caroline held the position of Responsable de projets de formation at UCANSS, leading skills engineering and managing training programs for social security organizations. Caroline's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Development of Skills from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, training as a Design Thinker at dthinking academy, and a legal degree from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
