Theresa Arguello-Thomas, MBA, BS, DTR

Theresa Arguello-Thomas has a strong background in the senior living and dining services industry. Theresa began their career in 2002 at Sunrise Senior Living, where they served as a Dining Service Coordinator until 2006. Theresa then joined Crandall Corporate Dietitians as the National Director of Assisted Living from 2006 to 2009, followed by a role as Vice President of Consulting Services from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Arguello-Thomas joined Emeritus Senior Living as the Divisional Director of Dining Services for the West Division, where they remained until 2014. Theresa then transitioned to Brookdale, working as the Divisional Director of Dining Services from 2014 to 2016, and later as the Regional Director Dining Services from 2016 to 2017.

Since 2017, Arguello-Thomas has been contributing to Crandall Corporate Dietitians. Initially, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Relations from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Menu Operations, a position they have held since October 2018.

Theresa Arguello-Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Grand Canyon University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at New Mexico State University from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Certified Dietary Manager and Food Protection Professional from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), Certified ServSage Instructor & Registered ServSafe Proctor from the National Restaurant Association, and Diet Tech, Registered from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
