Andrea Thomas

Andrea Thomas has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and development roles. Andrea started their career at The Limited as a Sr. Organization Development Specialist and then moved on to PRADCO as a Management Consultant. Andrea further gained experience as an Associate Professor at Capital University before joining Leader OnBoarding as a Management Consultant. In 2015, Andrea became the owner of Consalt, LLC before joining Crane Group Company as the Vice President of Leadership and Development in 2016. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated a strong focus on leadership and development, providing valuable insights and guidance to organizations.

Andrea Thomas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at The Ohio State University from 1987 to 1990. Afterward, they pursued a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the same institution from 1990 to 1996.
