Randy Bucher

Randy Bucher is a seasoned training specialist with extensive experience in crane operation and maintenance, currently serving at Crane Institute of America, LLC since April 2009, specializing in training for overhead cranes, rigging, and mobile cranes. Prior to this, Randy held various roles including training specialist and project manager at Southeast Company, Inc., where responsibilities included estimating and managing mechanical contracting projects, as well as overseeing the construction of water treatment facilities. Earlier positions include maintenance supervisor at Seaboard Farms and director of maintenance at Fabric Finishers, where Randy managed operations in large-scale commercial laundry facilities. Randy's comprehensive education includes multiple certifications from Crane Institute of America in mobile crane operation and training methodologies, complemented by foundational studies in industrial maintenance at Chattanooga State Community College.
