Jennifer Collins Frimere

Jennifer Collins Frimere has a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Management at Crane NXT. Previously, they worked as a Talent Management Consultant & Executive Coach at Frimere Consulting, LLC, where they provided services such as talent strategy, performance management, and employee engagement for clients including PepsiCo. Jennifer also served as Vice President, People Strategy & Employee Experience at GeneDx and Senior Director, Organizational Development at The HEINEKEN Company. Prior to that, they held roles in talent management and global HR operations at Pitney Bowes and PepsiCo. Jennifer's early career included positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., University of New Haven, and Art Technology Group.

Jennifer Collins Frimere has a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 2001. Jennifer then pursued an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, which they completed in 2003. Recently, in 2021, they obtained an ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from the Brown University School of Professional Studies.
