Nicole Divito

Nicole DiVito is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at First Bank Chicago since July 2022, Nicole previously held the same title at First Bank of Highland Park from December 2013 to July 2022, where a diverse range of roles including Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Officer, and HR & Talent Management Specialist were undertaken. Additional experience includes a role as HR Assistant at Arlington Resources and a personnel coordination position at Per Mar Security Services. Nicole earned a BS in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed further education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2020.
