Kourosh Afshari

Kourosh Afshari is a Systems Engineer at Crane Aerospace since April 2011, where responsibilities include leading systems engineering for first and business class seat actuation systems, defining system architecture, and managing requirements through DOORS. Previously, Kourosh served as an Electronic Hardware Tech at Nexicore Services from October 2007 to January 2012, and worked as a Software Engineer at Damparvar Factory, where a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) was developed using Visual Basic. Kourosh also held the position of Technical Manager at Amirkabir New Industry Pioneers, focusing on home automation devices, and began a career as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Qeshm Voltage, working with Siemens PLCs. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Controls Engineering from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology.
