Susan Richardson

Susan Richardson is an accomplished professional in the aerospace and electronics industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Business Management at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since November 2012. In this role, Susan provides leadership and coaching to a team of business managers and develops training programs to ensure peak performance. Previously, as a Product Line Leader, responsibilities included overseeing a $46 million P&L and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Manager, where major agreements and pricing adjustments were negotiated with prominent companies. Prior to Crane Aerospace, Susan was a Business Development Manager at Goodrich, successfully negotiating contracts worth up to $75 million. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College and additional education from Bentley College.
