Ed S. has extensive experience in the field of finance and taxation. Ed began their career with Deloitte & Touche in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Manager - Lead Tax Services. Ed provided tax services to various businesses, managed multiple projects, and mentored staff. In 2006, they joined Crane Co. as the Director of Tax, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with global tax laws and coordinating work with accounting and law firms. Ed later took on roles as the Director, Global Tax and Vice President, Taxes before becoming the Vice President, Treasurer and Tax. In their current role, they lead a team and manages treasury, insurance, and tax matters for Crane Co.

Ed S. has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Taxation from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
