Daniel Geleris has over four years of professional experience in the automotive industry. In 2019, they began working as an Instructional Designer at CraneMorley, where they wrote, designed, and created technical educational content to achieve tangible business results. This included web-based training courses, where they designed and facilitated all elements of the WBT, including writing the storyboard, incorporating images and videos, recording voiceover with third-party vocal talent, cutting voiceover audio files, and working with a production team of programmers to deliver a quality-controlled final product.

Prior to this, Daniel worked at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they held multiple roles, including Curriculum Designer, Technical Trainer & Communications Specialist, Quality Assurance Analyst, Digital Client Relations Specialist, Honda Regional Case Manager, and Inbound Call Specialist. In their role as Curriculum Designer, they developed training for the contact center. As Technical Trainer & Communications Specialist, they trained the contact center on the functions of new Honda and Acura vehicles, and analyzed and gathered customer feedback data. As Honda Regional Case Manager, they made outbound phone calls to customers and became familiar with their situation. As Inbound Call Specialist, they took inbound calls from customers and assisted them where possible.

Before their time at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., Daniel worked as a Porter at Browning Mazda of Alhambra from 2015 to 2017.

Daniel Geleris obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Northwood University in 2017, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Daniel also holds a certification from the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP) from Northwood University.
