Tatsuya Shuttlesworth

Tatsuya Shuttlesworth is an experienced Applications Support Engineer currently employed at The Craneware Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tatsuya worked as a Production Support Engineer at findhelp from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing Jira tickets, troubleshooting issues using SQL and Python/Javascript, and providing user support. Tatsuya successfully led initiatives to enhance team workflows and product quality, organized a major customer launch, and efficiently resolved incidents while receiving recognition for high ticket closure rates. Tatsuya's earlier work includes roles as a Delivery Driver at Domino's, Medical Assistant at Austin Foot and Ankle Specialists, and Substitute Teacher at the Austin Independent School District. Tatsuya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Mississippi State University and completed education at Flatiron School.
