Karen Dezearn

Karen DeZearn is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with extensive experience in account management, sales, and leadership. Currently serving as VP/GM of Health Plan Markets at Prime Therapeutics since April 2021, Karen previously held significant roles at Express Scripts, including VP of National Accounts for the East and VP of the Commercial Division in the Southeast. Karen's expertise also includes consulting on strategic positioning for diabetes care products and leadership at Anthem, Inc., where Karen was responsible for national account management for Anthem Pharmacy Solutions. With a career beginning at Medco Health Solutions and earlier experience in clinical pharmacy roles, Karen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University and a BA in Chemistry from Carson-Newman University, alongside a Post Doctorate Residency in Managed Care Pharmacy.
