Zan Janjua MSc, Dip Nebosh has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Starting in 2008 as a Health and Safety Consultant, they provided guidance and implemented HSE standards in the construction and manufacturing industries, resulting in improved safety measures and compliance. They then worked as an HSEQ Advisor/auditor at Indium Corporation, managing HSE initiatives and executing safety inspections and audits. At PPG Architectural Coatings UK & Ireland, they served as an EHS Coordinator, ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting safety audits and risk assessments. As an EHS Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, Janjua focused on integrating EHS and Business Management Systems, enhancing safety culture, and improving safety protocols. Currently, they are the Head of Sustainability, Health, and Safety at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, where they have revitalized health and safety, achieved ISO certifications, and developed robust safety protocols while aligning with sustainability goals.

Zan Janjua MSc, Dip Nebosh has a diverse education history. In 2003-2005, they earned a HND in Business Information Systems from the University of Northampton. They also hold a MSc in Health and Environment; Environmental and Occupational Epidemiology, Environmental and Occupational from Cranfield University (2010-2011). Additionally, they obtained a Nebosh General Certificate in Health and Safety from Northampton College. Zan Janjua has further certifications including ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor from CQI IRCA, Food Safety Level 4 from Highfield, and Level 3 Award in Managing HACCP from Train4Academy Ltd. They are also an AIEMA member. Currently, they are pursuing a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals from NEBOSH, expected to be completed in 2023-2033.
