Gabriella Conte is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in customer experience and management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Crap Eyewear since October 2017, Gabriella has previously held roles including Senior Operations Manager, Ecommerce & CX, and Customer Experience Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at Reformation from July 2015 to October 2017, where Gabriella advanced from Customer Love Associate to Customer Love Manager. Prior work experience also includes an Administrative Assistant position at CannonDesign and supervisory roles in customer service at Montecito Inn. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global & International Studies from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2013.
