Bill Davidson

Bill Davidson currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Crash Champions since January 2023. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief People Officer at IAA from June 2017 to January 2023, where key insights on talent best practices and HR strategies were developed to foster organizational growth. Bill's extensive experience in HR includes roles as Senior Director of Human Resources at Sears Holdings Corporation, Director of Human Resources at Optum, and Director of Human Resources at Churchill Downs, among others. Bill also has a background in consulting and military service, having served as a First Sergeant in the US Marine Corps. Bill holds an MBA from Purdue University, a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and a BBA from Strayer University, graduating magna cum laude.
