Anne Riley Franger

Anne Riley Franger currently serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Photo Studio at Crate and Barrel, leading operations and post-production for all Crate and Barrel Holdings brands. With a strong background in digital strategy and eCommerce, Anne has held previous roles such as Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Operations, and Director of eCommerce Analytics and Business Operations. Prior experience includes Director of Product Management at Sears Home Services and various leadership positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Anne drove significant profit through strategic initiatives. Anne began a career in education as a GMAT teacher and territory recruiter before earning an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Duke University and a BA in English from the University of Virginia.
