Hema Ganapathy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital engineering and supply chain technology initiatives across prominent retail organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technology at Crate and Barrel since January 2021, Hema has previously held significant roles such as Director of Digital Engineering at JCPenney and Director of Application Development at Best Buy. With a robust background at Target, including key positions related to supply chain technology for its e-commerce and Canada expansion efforts, Hema has consistently driven substantial technology investments and innovations. Early career experience includes managing eCommerce projects for companies like Campbell-Ewald and Logica-CMG, and technical architecture for El Paso Energy. Hema holds a BSc and MCA in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
