Stephanie Andino

Stephanie Andino is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Crate and Barrel. Stephanie has held this position since February 2021. Prior to their current role, Stephanie served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Victoria's Secret from July 2015 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for Victoria's Secret Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and implementation. Stephanie began their career in human resources at the Gap Inc./Banana Republic in May 1997. Stephanie held various HR positions at JWT and Fox (Film, TV and Sports) before joining PepsiCo in September 2007 as the Human Resources Director for Global Operations. Stephanie left PepsiCo in September 2012 to join Legends as the Human Resources Lead. Stephanie Andino holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
