Miguel Veloso

Miguel Veloso has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Miguel started their career in 2001 as a Junior Project Manager for Webhelp, and then moved to Nomade.fr as a CRM Project Manager Assistant. In 2004, they joined DHL as an Internet Project Manager, where they were responsible for the local deployment of Intranet project, animation of the project group, ergonomic design of the intranet, training of editors and directors, and relationship with the IT for the technical implementation. In 2006, they began working as a Webmarketing Consultant for Baobaz - Stockho and then moved to Ciel in 2008 as a French Webmarketer. In 2011, they joined HiPay Group as a Webmarketing Project Manager for Hi-media Payments / Hipay, where they were in charge of the daily follow-up of SEA budget and investments for 7 European countries, analysis and follow up of KPIs, A/B testing, and establishing reports and recommendations. In 2014, they joined Quadient as a Demand Generation Specialist - Campaign Manager and Online Business Manager (SaaS app store), and in 2022, they became a Senior Demand Generation Manager for Crate.io.

Miguel Veloso has a Master de Marketing et gestion d'entreprise Spécialisation Net Marketing et e-Business from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, which they obtained between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Master de Marketing Opérationnel from EST-ESIG Paris between 2002 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn since 2019, including Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management (2021), Learning Web Analytics (2020), Social Media Marketing: ROI (2020), Content Marketing: Social Media (2020), Growth Hacking Foundations (2020), Creating Marketing Objectives (2020), and Marketing Tools: Social Media (2019).
