Awais Farooq

Awais Farooq, CPCU, M.S, currently serves as a Council Member at the Executive Council for Leading Change since January 2024 and is the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Crawford & Company since July 2022. Previous roles include Head of US Insurance Practice at ActiveOps from October 2020 to May 2022, and AVP - Head of Property Claims at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies from June 2019 to October 2020, where Awais led strategic initiatives with significant financial oversight. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Chubb and Farmers Insurance, as well as technical management roles at State Farm. Awais holds a Master's degree in Insurance Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance Management from Immaculata University.
