Pat Higgins

Pat Higgins has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, with a career spanning several decades. At Crawford & Company, Pat held various leadership roles, including HRIS Director and HRIS Manager, focusing on providing technical support for Lawson's Human Capital system. In addition to a longstanding tenure at Crawford & Company, Pat has served as HR Manager for Broadspire and Crawford & Company (Netherlands) B.V. between 2007 and the present. Prior experience includes a position as HR/Payroll Team Lead at Keane, Inc. from 2000 to 2007.
