Yana Sobetska has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, with roles ranging from Insurance Agent to Director of Global Data Strategy & Transformation. Yana has worked with companies such as Crawford & Company, Willis Towers Watson, and AIG, managing strategic multinational accounts and developing tailored solutions for clients. Yana is also a Co-Founder of LEAD Ukraine, a training program aimed at shaping the next generation of public leaders in Ukraine. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University.
