Brittany Johnston

Brittany Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brittany began their career as a Waitress/Cook at Saegertown Dairy Inn from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Slippery Rock University in 2012, where they provided support for Fitness Assessment, Exercise Prescription, Biomechanics, and Exercise Physiology courses. In 2011, they were employed as a Unit Secretary at Grove City Medical Center, where they organized and filed medical information and operated office machines. Brittany then interned as an Exercise Physiology/Fitness Specialist at Wellness Extension (now known as the Vernon YMCA) from May 2013 to August 2013, supervising the fitness center and conducting fitness assessments. Brittany also worked as a Health Fitness Specialist- Personal Trainer at the YMCA from 2013 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Crawford County since March 2014.

Brittany Johnston completed their high school education at Saegertown High School in an unspecified year. Brittany then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2013. After obtaining their Bachelor's Degree, Brittany also achieved additional certifications, such as CPR, AED, First Aid & Safety from the American Heart Association in August 2013, and a Health Fitness Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in May 2013.
