Rachel Shulman

Rachel Shulman is an experienced professional in air service development and network planning, currently serving as the Director of Air Service Development at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Consultant/Senior Manager at ICF and held various positions at Seabury Consulting, now part of Accenture, including Management Consulting Principal and Senior Associate. Rachel's earlier experience includes over seven years at Southwest Airlines, where significant contributions were made in strategic network planning across several regions and international expansions, along with various roles in financial planning. Rachel's academic background includes an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
