Shelby Ingle

Shelby Ingle is a seasoned project manager with 20 years of diverse experience, currently serving at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. since February 2016. Specializing in federal, state, and municipal projects, Shelby's areas of expertise include municipal engineering, roadway design, active transportation, water and sewer design, utility coordination and extensions, recreational trail design, and drainage studies. Prior to this role, Shelby was a Principal and Project Manager at LJB Inc. from March 1998 to February 2016. Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, completed between 1993 and 1998.
