Charles H. Ogburn

Charles H. Ogburn served as an Executive Director of Arcapita Inc. an international private equity firm, from March 2001 until his retirement in July 2010. Mr. Ogburn has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2009. Mr. Ogburn also serves as trustee of The Cook & Bynum Fund, a mutual fund Mr. Ogburn has extensive experience in international business matters as well as financial counseling to public and private companies in various life-cycle stages.
