Holly Boudreau

Holly Boudreau is a seasoned tax professional with nearly 19 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Tax, Treasury, and Finance Transformation and Global Tax at Crawford & Company. In this leadership role, Holly oversees all tax-related activities, including planning, compliance, and merger and acquisition integrations. Prior to joining Crawford in June 2013, Holly held various positions at PwC in the Washington National Tax Services, and began her career at CARROLL and COMPANY CPA's. Holly holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Tax from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution.
