Jim Eso

Jim Eso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sector. Since 1989, Jim has served as Senior Vice President at Crawford & Company, overseeing a network of 75 field branch claims offices across Canada and managing key products and catastrophe claims operations. Prior roles include Vice President for both National Property and Casualty and British Columbia Operations, as well as Branch Manager in Vancouver and Claims Adjuster, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Earlier career experiences include working as a Bodily Injury Adjuster at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Project Manager at CertaPro Construction, and Junior Accountant at Nordahl Craig Cummings and Jeffery. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Education from The University of British Columbia.
