Ross Perkna

Ross Perkna is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in global network services and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global IT Network & Operations at Crawford & Company since November 2018, Ross provides strategic consulting for network contracts and advises the Global CIO on network services, while overseeing the Global Network Operations Center (NOC). Previously, Ross held leadership positions at QBE, including AVP of Voice, WAN and Carrier Networks, where significant achievements included renegotiating contracts for cost savings and deploying advanced network solutions. Ross began the career at QBE North America as Telecommunications Manager, focusing on voice and data systems management. Educational credentials include studies at Georgia State University Perimeter College and West Georgia Technical College.
